National Insurance Academy, Pune established in the year 1980 by Public Sector Insurance Companies with the support of Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India, has been running Management Development Programmes for the last 45 years.

The academy also launched a 2 year full time Management Programme in 2004, running successfully since. NIA has always endeavored to keep the needs of the industry paramount in it’s education curriculum. It is due to this commitment that NIA has seen the best of placements, both for Summer Internships and Final Placements including during the very difficult times of pandemic. It has maintained a 100% record of placement since inception.
