He has 24 years of experience in General Insurance, specializing in Underwriting, Claims, Marketing, and Risk Management.

- Joined New India Assurance Co. Ltd in the year 2002 as a Direct Recruit Officer (Engineering Specialist). He served for 12 years at the Ludhiana Regional Office as a Regional Engineer, focusing extensively on Fire and Engineering underwriting and claims.

- On promotion as Sacle III officer he had headed three different Divisional Offices under Delhi Regional Office-1, including the Policy Bazaar Nodal Office. He has extensive experience managing both corporate and retail clients.

- Had served as Regional Manager at Delhi RO-1 in his previous posting, overseeing Underwriting, Broker verticals, and alternate business channels.

- Current Role: Following his promotion to Deputy General Manager, he joined NIA, Pune, where he currently serves as a Faculty Member (Non-Life).
