Experience:
He joined NIA as Faculty for 2nd stint, on deputation from LIC of India on 10th June 2020. Earlier also, he was associated with NIA as Faculty from 2015 to 2017.
Prior to current joining, he was RM (Marketing) heading marketing department in East central zone of LIC comprising state of Bihar, Jharkhand and Odisha.
He joined Life Insurance Corporation of India in 1988 as 16th Batch Direct Recruit officer. He has worked in corporation in different divisions across different Zones, in various key positions both in Marketing and administration.
He carries vast experience in life insurance marketing and managing different distribution channels.
He has headed two big units of Pension and Group schemes vertical of the corporation and has canvased and completed many mega group schemes. He was in-charge of two divisions of the corporation, Aurangabad (23 branches and satellite offices) and Satara (18 branch and satellite offices) and both divisions achieved tremendous new business growth under his leadership.He also worked as Regional Manager (Marketing) of CLIA distribution channel of Western Zone of the corporation, comprising of 22 divisions. The channel showed strong growth under his guidance.
He also served as Faculty Member in Management Development centre (MDC) of LIC, which is apex in-house training centre of LIC, looking after training and development needs of middle and higher level of management.
